So March 16th was our eagerly anticipated Clarksville Con! It is a long drive for us each way, but the trip is always worth it.
Unfortunately no pictures of our table were able to be snapped, as the Con is usually in a small ball room in a hotel, and when I say I was trapped… I was trapped! Once behind the table, I couldn’t get out… and my neighbors had to crawl under their tables! It’s a doozy, for sure.
I still enjoyed our time there though! We met lots of awesome people, saw tons of neat costumes, and even managed to snag an autograph from the American female voice actor for Pikachu, Alyson Leigh Rosenfeld! She gave me the autograph… I gave her a Pikachu pin! Win – win!
Otherwise the con went smashingly, and our Mystery Boxes ($20 – $60) were the star of the show!
Now Mr. and I are bustling to restock as our next show is just around the corner. It’ll be a new one for us, at the college in Carbondale, and a two day event! Usually called the Saluki-Con, this year it’s dubbed the Eclipse-con for …you know. The eclipse! 😀
